In conjunction with Cinco de Mayo, Las Carretas Taipan & Ampang featured Guest Chef Ricardo Lujan from Jalisco, Mexico.
He showcased 8 different types of authentic fillings for homemade Taco with 10 types of Salsas, Ceviche's, and a variety of traditional desserts at our Ampang branch on Friday and Saturday 5-6 May 2017. It was a sold-out event despite the heavy down pour.
Meanwhile, he featured a 7 course set dinner at LC Taipan on Sunday, 7 May 2017, Again, it was a sold-out event and guests were entertained by Mary Jackson on vocals and Charles on Keyboards.
