Las Carretas FHM 2009 - Food Hotels Malaysia

FHM 2009 was held at KL Convention Center from 11-14 August 2009. In conjunction with Salon Culinaire 2009, we sent 4 of our dedicated Chefs to compete in the "Hot Cooking" Competition. We came home with 1 Gold medal and 2 Silver medals.

FHM 2009 was held at KL Convention Center from 11-14 August 2009. In conjunction with Salon Culinaire 2009, we sent 4 of our dedicated Chefs to compete in the "Hot Cooking" Competition.

Las Carretas is proud to announce that we came home with 1 Gold medal and 2 Silver medals. Chef Sanjay from Ampang branch bagged a Gold Medal for Apprentice Category while Chef Lisak from Subang branch & Chef Faris from Damansara branch bagged a Silver for Seafood Hot Cooking Class.

Congratulations to the Kitchen Brigade who spent hours of sleepless nights to produce such awesome results.
