• FHM 2009 - Food Hotels Malaysia
  FHM 2009 was held at KL Convention Center from 11-14 August 2009. In conjunction with Salon Culinaire 2009, we sent 4 of our dedicated Chefs to compete in the "Hot Cooking" Competition. We came home with 1 Gold medal and 2 Silver medals.
  
  
• LC's 13th Anniversary - Subang Jaya - July 2009
  All guests were treated with a flare of Cuisine ranging from freshly scrapped Raclette Cheese to Roast Beef to Mussel Habanero. To quench their thirst, flow of Strawberry Margarita and Carlsberg Draught was available the whole evening. To make the night complete, they were entertained by Los Muertos, a five piece band that played Rock "n" Roll, Blues & Reggae.

  Las Carretas 11th (Closed) Golf Invitational 2009 was held on Thursday, 19 March 2009 at Kota Permai Golf and Country Club. A total of 64 regular guests from Taipan, Damansara and Ampang outlet participated.
  
  
• Team Building a fun-filled event - January 2009 After 13 years of hard work and dedication to the restaurants, it's time to take the team out for a fun-filled event (Team Building) held on Monday, 19 January 2009 at the Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Club.
  
  
• Las Carretas reaches out for the NEEDY - November 2008
  Jointly organized by Judy Phoon and Subang Parade, a three day Gourmet Festival was held from 31 October to 2 November 2008 where 20% of our proceeds goes to CHARITY.
  
  
• ASUR-Mexico at K.L. Convention Center October 2008
  Las Carretas is proud to cater to ASUR-Mexico's Leading Airports at the recently held ROUTES Convention at the K.L. Convention Center where we catered to 800 guests on a three day event from 12-14th October 2008
  
  
• Hook Up 2008
  Hook-up 2008 had an attendance of 15 Guests. It was a perfect trip just like 2006 except weather was a little rough but acceptable to the majority.
  
  
• LC's 12th Anniversary - Subang Jaya - July 2008
  Time Flies as Las Carretas celebrated her 12th birthday on 12 July 2008. A total of 130 invited guests came and celebrated the anniversary in style. They were being entertained by Los Muertos, a 5 piece Jazz Band. Guests were served with an assortment of Canapes with flow of Sangria, Hurricane & draughts.
  
  
• 10th Las Carretas Golf Invitational 2008
  This years Las Carretas Golf Invitaional 2008 was held at KGSAAS, Shah Alam. A total of 18 flights participated in this closed tournament and every regular guest had a wonderful time since the weather was kind and there were plenty of beverages to be consumed.
  
  
  
• LC believes in Employee assets - 2008
  As all 3 restaurants worked hard to please everyone in year 2007, we took a day off to spend time for Team Buiding at Sunway Lagoon Resort and Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Club.

• FHM 2007 - Food Hotels Malaysia
  Three of our dedicated Sous Chefs were sent to participate in FHM 2007 held at K.L. Convention Center. They battled against 1500 Chefs from the region and Chef Nizam begged a Bronze Medal while Chef Joey and Chef Megat walked away with a Diploma.
  
  
• LC's 11th Anniversary - Subang Jaya - July 2007
  Las Carretas Turned 11 on Monday 9 July 2007 and it was celebrated with style. Los Muertos, our in house 4 Piece Band entertained all invited Guests while the Bar flowed Hurricanes and Draughts. Cuisine was light and easy with Fresh Raclette Cheese being scrapped from the machine to amuse all of our Guests.

• 9th Las Carretas Golf Invitational 2007
  We achieved 100% attendance with a total of 15 Flights, all regulars and supporters of Las Carretas. Our patron, YTM Tunku Besar Tampin blessed us with great weather and all golfers played an awesome round of 18 hole golf game on Thursday, 8 March 2007 while John Futa from Canada blessed us with fun and laughter.
  Our Committee comprised of Mr. JP Monteiro, Mr. Stewart Mckinley, Mr. Krish Perumal and Tuan Said.
  This years Challenge Trophy went to Encik Ramlee Salleh while the Team event went to Team TBT and Runners up was Team Canada.
  We thank you again for your great support all these years and we look forward to an even bigger event next March!

  The idea of heading out to the South China Sea was to take our regulars out for a stress-free-camaraderie trip of 3 nights and four days on board Tanjong Gemuk from Rompin, Pahang.
